Galvanised steel swing hook with nylon bearing and threaded bar M12 length 140mm.
For domestic use and suitable for up to 70kg.
Supplied with two nuts and two washers.
Carbine hook outer dimensions 100mm x 50mm, diameter 10mm.
Can be used to hang a swing, rope ladder or trapeze from a wooden beam up to 125mm thick.

How is rope measured?
Thicknesses are categorised by the diameter of the rope - ie measuring across the cross section or 'end' of a rope. Diameters are measured in millimetres; lengths of rope are measured by the metre.
