Wooden Gym Ring Set - two gym rings with adjustable 12mm Synthetic Hemp Ropes.
For domestic use and suitable for up to 70kg (11 stones).
The wooden rings are varnished plywood. 12mm Synthetic Hemp Rope is used for it's soft feel, strength and durability outdoors, the ropes have a metal ring at the top with an adjustable eight at the bottom.
The Wooden Gym Ring set has a minimum adjusted length of 0.80m, maximum adjusted length of 1.10m and is suitable for frame heights up to 2.50m.

Thicknesses are categorised by the diameter of the rope - ie measuring across the cross section or 'end' of a rope. Diameters are measured in millimetres; lengths of rope are measured by the metre.
