36mm Sisal Rope sold by the metre
36mm Sisal Rope, cut to length by the metre. Whilst our manufacturer has labelled this as 36mm it can measure slightly generously.
Sisal is a good strong traditional natural rope that is especially resistant to sunlight and stretches very little. It is ideal for use in the garden and being natural it complements planting and timber work.
Ordering is Simple
- Add the total length in metres you want in the quantity box.
- Then in your cart, use the “order & delivery notes” to tell us how many pieces you’d like and the length of each.
- Maximum continuous length: 220 metres.
The 36mm Sisal is approved for use as a Tug of War Rope by the Tug of War Association. The length is usually not less than 35m.

We always say 1-2 working days. If you pay for your order by 12 noon on a working day, we aim for next day delivery however remote locations, Islands & offshore might take a little longer.

Thicknesses are categorised by the diameter of the rope - ie measuring across the cross section or 'end' of a rope. Diameters are measured in millimetres; lengths of rope are measured by the metre.

Only ropes made from natural fibres (cotton, Manila, sisal etc) will shrink when wet.
