36mm, 4-strand natural Jute Rope - with a synthetic (Polypropylene) core for added strength. Our manufacturer has labeled this rope as 36mm but we measure the actual diameter as about 40mm.
Cut to length by the metre, maximum continuous length 80m.

The standard finish for this superior Jute Rope is for the ends to be bound with pvc tape.
This soft handling natural rope has been designed as a low cost alternative to Hemp Rope and is suitable for indoor and outdoor use.
When used as a decking rope the holes in the posts will need to be bigger than the rope and not the same size - it's best to wait for the rope to arrive before selecting your drill bit. Thicknesses are categorised by the diameter of the rope - ie measuring across the cross section or 'end' of a rope. Diameters are measured in millimetres; lengths of rope are measured by the metre.
