Will it arrive next working day?

How is rope measured?

Thicknesses are categorised by the diameter of the rope - ie measuring across the cross section or 'end' of a rope. Diameters are measured in millimetres; lengths of rope are measured by the metre.

Do all ropes shrink when wet?

Only ropes made from natural fibres (cotton, Manila, sisal etc) will shrink when wet.

Can I send my order back for a refund?

Our Returns Policy is at the foot of the page and we are unable to accept items that were cut to length or were modified (custom-made).

This is repeat order for sisal rope from Garden-Rope, I use it to make climbing nets and perches for my parrots for which it is excellent. Very strong although a little heavy and reasonably priced, able to withstand assaults by their beaks, which little else does, would not shop for rope anywhere else.
