Because this rope is made from natural fibres, the actual diameter can be a touch larger than stated. It can also swell, shrink and expand with the weather. All this is normal for a natural garden rope - check out our FAQs for more detail.

Will it arrive next working day?

We always say 1-2 working days. If you pay for your order by 12 noon on a working day, we aim for next day delivery however remote locations, Islands & offshore might take a little longer.

How is rope measured?

Thicknesses are categorised by the diameter of the rope - ie measuring across the cross section or 'end' of a rope. Diameters are measured in millimetres; lengths of rope are measured by the metre.

Do all ropes shrink when wet?

Only ropes made from natural fibres (cotton, Manila, sisal etc) will shrink when wet.

Can I send my order back for a refund?

Our Returns Policy is at the foot of the page and we are unable to accept items that were cut to length or were modified (custom-made).

Great service

I sent several emails about a suitable rope for my 1945 jeep, all were answered to very quickly.

In the end I gave them a call to order it.

Very nice chat with the owner (I think).

I ordered and paid for it, I said there was no rush for it, fine they told me.

Itâ€™s not a big order.

I expected it some time 7 days later, but nope I got an email telling me it would be sent out as soon as they made and packaged it.

So here we are less than 24 hours later, itâ€™s arrived, itâ€™s great for my jeep, looks the part (just too new looking).

What else can I say, a great service, even better customer service and a great delivery arrive (other online seller could learn a lot from these sellers).

60m Manilla 25mm rope

The rope arrived very quickly and was in excellent condition. It has been used to form a frame for climbers to hide an unsightly building. It was easy to install and my customers are very happy with the end result.

Rope delivered promptly and exactly as ordered. Would have been easier if split lengths could be ordered direct online, instead of having to specify separately by email.
