Rope Thimble for use with 10mm rope. These are used to protect the inside of an eye splice (a spliced loop in the rope).
Made from bright zinc-plated mild steel.
Dimensions: A=38mm, B=24m (see diagram above).

How is rope measured?
Thicknesses are categorised by the diameter of the rope - ie measuring across the cross section or 'end' of a rope. Diameters are measured in millimetres; lengths of rope are measured by the metre.
