Jute Rope

Our natural Jute Rope has a classic rustic finish with warm, sandy tones - ideal for adding a traditional touch to garden projects.

While the outer jute fibres are biodegradable, the core is synthetic, giving the rope a longer lifespan and reduced shrinkage compared to fully natural ropes. So the best of both worlds!

It is UV-resistant, easy to handle, and knot-friendly - so it is suitable for decking, handrails,  plant supports, decorative features and more.

Like any natural rope, jute weathers. That can be a distinct advantage for several reasons - for example, a slightly aged look can look softer in the garden centre, and you may want any outside fibres that come away to degrade naturally into the soil. But if you wish to apply a light coating of decking oil or linseed oil, it will help to maintain its appearance and resist damp.
