28mm Black Nickel End Cup/Plate for 28mm Rope
Brass End Cup/Plate, with black nickel finish for attaching a 28mm rope to a wooden post or similar, complete with a cross screw to secure the rope in place and 3 screws.
The backing plate has a diameter of 57mm.
This gun-black end fitting enhances the appearance of your rope and helps to prolong its life.
Whilst it is most suited for use with a 28mm rope, it will also fit slightly smaller diameters. We would suggest wrapping the end of the rope tightly with tape to build it up to a snug fit.
When used with a natural fibre rope (especially manila) you should consider using a fitting size up from the rope. Natural fibre ropes can sometimes measure generously.

Thicknesses are categorised by the diameter of the rope - ie measuring across the cross section or 'end' of a rope. Diameters are measured in millimetres; lengths of rope are measured by the metre.
