Synthetic Sisal is ideal for use in and around the garden as a decking rope, a handrail or even for trailing plants. It is made from a blend of polypropylene and polyethylene fibres which are around 30% stronger than polypropylene and it is tough, durable and will not shrink or rot. It is also UV stabilised all going to make for a very long lasting outdoor rope.
It is smooth to the touch, light brown in colour and is made to look like a natural sisal rope, although a lot less hairy!

Thicknesses are categorised by the diameter of the rope - ie measuring across the cross section or 'end' of a rope. Diameters are measured in millimetres; lengths of rope are measured by the metre.
